Driver Liability

The authorised driver is responsible for all collision and other damages to the issued vehicle where the authorised driver is proven at fault. In such cases, the authorised driver is fully responsible for the cost of any repairs, up to the full value of the issued vehicle.

Lost Keys

The authorised driver is responsible for the full cost of key replacement should the vehicle keys be lost during the rental period.

Incident Reporting

In the event of a collision, theft, or any other incident or occurrence, the authorised driver agrees to notify the owner/company immediately, or within a reasonably practicable time.

Wash Deposit

A deposit of KYD 60 is required upon initial lease of the issued vehicle. This deposit will only be returned to the authorised driver should the issued vehicle be returned to the company/owner in the same immaculate condition in which it was issued.
